It may be intended but is somewhat tricky. One can change the target Eclipse
platform by using the setting "Location" of preference page "Plug-in Development
| Target Platform". This way, one can change the desired Eclipse version in one
place having all variables and hence the builders adjusting automatically. If
one uses Ant builders in place of or in addition to the provided ones, using the
Ant property "eclipse.home" simply returns the actual Eclipse installation path
and not the PDE target location. Would be nice to have that in sync.
