Ctrl-F10 is supposed to pull down the pull down menu in a view. In the Search 
Dialog the key is ignored

Steps
1) Go to the Search View
2) Hit Ctrl-F10 ->nothing
3) Go to the Resources View
4) Hit Ctrl-F10 -> toolbar pulldown

we should check this with our other views as well: type hierarchy, packages

There is no view menu and hence no action on Ctrl+F10.
