* When debugging a JUnit test, with source lookup pointing to external source 
(rather than source in the workspace), the debug instruction pointer does not 
appear (no vertical ruler, known problem), and the source code highlight does 
not work. It may be that since the annotation ruler is not present the source 
will not highlight. There is a faint blue highlight in the editor that stems 
from moving the cursor to the appropriate line, but it seems like the "green" 
highlight should also appear.

This is because editors on external files have no annotation model. The is the 
same problem as having no annotation ruler/breakpoints in editors for external 
files.
