Build 20020122

The Properties page and Run both use R as thier mnemonic.
Debug and Declarations both use D.
Refresh Local and References both use R
Open With and Open Hierarchy both use H

New and Externalize Strings do not have any mneumoics at all.

mnemonic in menus are unhappy but cannot all be avoided.
