Build 20020115

- open .properties file
- it opens the properties editor by default
- choose Open With / Text Editor
- it simply activates the properties editor rather than opening a text editor
- this is particulary annoying for .html and .xml files where the default is to 
open a system editor

It should either open a new text editor, or offer to replace the properties 
editor with a text editor if having multiple editors on the same input is 
problematic.
