In the manifest editor, I can paste what I copy with right-click.  And I can
copy with ctrl-c.  But I can not paste it with ctrl-v.

This happens after I switch between items in the extension editor.  if i try to
copy from one item and paste into another one, the ctrl-v paste breaks.  the
right click paste is still there however.
