I'm running a manual test, and the "Component Test - Manual Testcase Remote 
Application" Swing interface appears correctly. But, instead of showing the top 
of the description initially, it scrolls over to the end. It should start at 
the beginning.

There is an enhancement to rewrite this UI in SWT -- marking this as a dup of that.

setting target based on last change date, please adjust if not correct
