Add support for detecting references to internal classes, add warnings about 
missing declarations of serialVersionUID, and perform null reference analysis.

Access rules, missing serialVersionUID got supported. Null reference hasn't yet.
Other additions got made in parallel.

Null ref analysis is on the plan for 3.2. Closing this one, since it is not
specific to null ref.
