'File > Save As' doesn't update navigation history:
- open a file f.txt, then open a file x.txt
- File > Save As, enter y.txt, Save
- File > Close
-> new file y.txt does not appear in File > 'Recently used files'
-> new file y.txt does not appear on Navigate > Back

This no longer seems to be a problem with

I can still reproduce these problems in I20140528-2000.

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet. As such, we're closing this bug.
