My java source editor is configured to use a black background and I have
tailored my foreground colors according to this (mostly white and other bright
colors).  Unfortunately the Java source viewer hover uses the foreground color
settings, but not the background color settings.  This leads to unreadable text
within the hover.  If the hover is to obey color settings it should obey both
foreground and background.  Or there at least be options to control the behavior.

Reported against 11-17-04 integration build.
