Add "Save As..." to Console context menu.

It would be helpful to have a File "Save As..." menu item in the Console context
menu. This would allow on to save console output to a text file.

We should check if the "File > Save As..." action is retargettable, and re-use 
it if it is.

Note you can now re-direct console output to a file via the "Common" tab of a 
launch config.

Wait a sec... are you saying that the CVS server requirement haa changed between
M4 and M5a? 

It seems odd that CVS 2.0.58d would not be backwards compatible with any 2.0.xx
version. 

I'll ask our admin about upgrading, which might not be possible for a while :-(
