you can often see the debug view redraw, e.g., the scrollbar grows. the 
workaround is to bracket a refresh with setRedraw(fase/true). This is a 
workaround. The JFace viewer refresh code should be smarter.

Re-open to re-assign. I changed the code from refresh() to refresh(Object). The 
case we call more often is refresh(Object), with a thread. Also, refresh calls 
refersh(Object), so we cover more cases.
