It is not possible to slide the CBanner curve all the way to the right such that
the perspective buttons are not showing at all. 

This is a regression since R3.0 where at least one button was always visible.

In Eclipse Mars there is no CBanner curve anymore and you can resize to minimum width of perspective bar.
