The context menu of the source tabs of the schema and plugin manifest editors
contain team-submenus Team, Replace With, and Compare With.

All three submenus contain each action twice.

Michael, how are these Team submenus added?  We never signed up for one, let 
alone two :-)

I believe that Doug did some magic that will add the menu to an editor on an 
IFile. Perhaps he was a bit to magical in this case.
