In the Edit JRE-dialog by default "Use system default libraries" is checked,
which should probably also cause the "Attach Source..."-button to NOT become
active. (Or maybe the problem is that it just doesn't work in this case?). 

Currently when selection a jar file the buttons becomes active, you can select
another attachment and close this dialog without any error message. When you
immediatey open the dialog again the default value is shown as nothing has happend.

When deselecting "Use system default..." everything works as expected.
