The new project delete dialog (as in build 2002-01-15) improved on the previous 
one so as to ask whether to delete the contents of the project in the file 
system.

However, the dialog is a bit too verbose. It would be better if instead of two 
radio buttons, we should only have one check box. It would say:
   Delete contents under <<path to project location>>
or
   Delete contents in the file system
when multiple projects selected.

By default, the check box is not selected. It is obvious enough to the user 
that selecting it will delete the contents, while not selecting it will leave 
the contents alone.

Usability guidelines recommend keeping dialog text brief and to the point. 
Users do not like to read much! Also, only to use two radio buttons instead of 
a check box only if it is not obvious to the user what the check and uncheck 
state will do. In this case, it is obvious and will help keep the dialog brief.
