The "Switch to Editor" popup window seems to be in constant danger of being
removed (or was at one point), and, apparently, it's not liked by some of the
Eclipse dev. team because it doesn't follow standards or something.  Since it
looks like we won't be getting multiple tab lines, could we have the "switch to
editor" popup as a view?  That should take care of most problems while
maintaining all of its functionality.  The only question is where to put the
full path for files, and those could be tooltips...
