Replace example import wizards with actions to convert UML2 models to/from 
Ecore.

An example action that allows an Ecore package to be converted to UML2 has 
been made available as of build 1.1M4. The example import wizards have been 
deprecated.

Example actions to generate primitive types and stereotypes, convert a model 
to a metamodel or model library, and externalize keywords or labels have been 
committed to CVS. In conjunction with the conversion actions previously 
delivered, these actions can be used to produce the resources found in the 
org.eclipse.uml2.resources plug-in.

Additional factory methods have also been added to facilitate easier creation 
of packages, classes, enumerations, primitive types, stereotypes, enumeration 
literals, and attributes.
