Reproduction Steps:
1. From control panel under Accessibility Options under Display, check the High 
Contrast Mode check box and 'OK'.
2. Launch WSWB.
3. Notice you can’t read any of the Welcome page text except the blue 
characters, as this is now white on white.

Expected:

If the background of the Welcome page used the high contrast settings it would 
be black and then the text would show up. Note, this also causes problems for 
code display some of the text disappears.
