The user cannot get to the current tab (Text Search or Java Search) using 
keyboard tab in the Search dialog.

To reproduce:

1. Click on the Search icon on the Eclipse toolbar.
2. Use the tab key to navigate the dialog.

Result:  Can get to all fields except the current tab.

Cannot replicate on build 20020129. When you select a tab the entry field gets 
focus but it is still possible to get back to the currently selected tab (and 
by extension move between the search fields).
