Instead of creating all pages in a single createPages() method, I would prefer 
to have methods to create each single page and these called in createPages(). 
This way, I could easily add new pages without loosing the generation of the 
default pages.

This is only a sample.  Most people will not want all the pages we generate
anyway, so we fully expect hand editing of this code.
