The CDT 2.1 SDK builds has a path with a '*' in it.  For example,

eclipse/plugins/org.eclipse.cdt.source.win32.*.x86_2.1.0/fragment.xml

WinZip does not like this, rendering the SDK builds useless.

I have fixed the build scripts to generate the source plugins without *'s in the
name. This should show up in the next build.
