It would be nice if there was a wizard that helped users create/list all program
 arguments. For example, to increase memory, the user must remember vmargs
Xmx.., when this could be represented as a text field in a wizard/dialog. This
holds true for NLS, consolelogs .. Debug dialog would be a good hook for this
and for headless an application that outputs a batch file would work. The batch
file would contain: elcipse -vmargs Xmx512m ....

Moving to PDE  (looks like a request for Eclipse program arguments). Note that 
you can add default VM args to a JRE's definition via the "Edit..." dialog in 
the "Java > Installed JREs" preference page (but these args are used whenever 
the VM is launced, not just when a runtime workbench is launched).
