Eclipse 3.0 would freeze the keyboard after entering authentication to a CVS
repository. I think this bug is related to bugs #72286 and #43009.

Here is the environment:

OS: Linux (Debian with kernel 2.6.6)
Input method: SCIM v1.0.0-2
Desktop: gnome 2.6
JDK: 1.4.2
Eclipse: 3.0

Start the input method first:

scim -d

Then start eclipse:

export LC_ALL=zh_CN
export LANG=zh_CN
export XMODIFIERS=@im=SCIM
eclipse

And the instructions on how to reproduce it:

1. After eclipse started up, make sure that keyboard is working fine.
2. Switch to CVS perspective.
3. Select a CVS repository that you need to provide username and password to login
4. The login dialog box pops up, enter the user information to login as normal,
then click Ok.

Result:
After logging in successfully to CVS, the keyboard is frozen, while everything
else in eclipse is still working.

This is a weird bug, and here is some more info:

At step 4, when the login dialog pops up, after you have entered the username
and password, select "Remember password".

If the option to remember password is checked, the keyboard is working fine. If
that option is not selected, it freezes.

Marking as a duplicate of bug 72286. If this bug still occurs when the above
mentioned bugs no longer do, then please reopen. Otherwise, we will assume
they are related.
