Breakpoints that are set in anonymous inner classes that are contained in inner 
classes are not hit.  Breakpoints in inner classes that are contained in inner 
classes ARE hit

We were not registering for all the class prepare events that were required.
Fixed in JavaBreakpoint (add new convience method to JDIDebugTarget as well).
