I have the code "TextRequest.re<<CARET>>"

If I invoke content assist, I get 3 choices: (REQ_DELETE, REQ_INSERT, 
REQ_BACKSPACE)

If I delete the "e" character to give me:
"TextRequest.r<<CARET>>"

I should have *at least* as many proposals as before.  Instead, the "runnable" 
template is executed because I have single proposal insertion enabled.

This part has been fixed.
