3.1 M2 TemplateProposal does not offer subclasses access to the Template and TemplateContext it proposes. However, to allow subclasses to customize their validation and application behavior, we should allow that access. Often used methods as getReplace{Offset, EndOffset} could also be opened to be replaced by subclasses.
