Using CVSNT and latest code as of today (Jan 9, around 4:00 pm)

- versioned a project 
- attempted to compare it against the same version tag

Got the following error:
  "Error retrieving remote resource tree"

Bug #2: Nothing was logged to .log
Bug #3: The dialog title is the NLS catalogue entry key.

We need to at least verify that this is CVSNT only.
I've seen same bug again on today's code (Mar4) of approx 6:00 pm.

works now, tested against CVSNT
