Description

Actually I can't see branches in "checkout as..." wizard too. If you can see branches in the 'configure branches' page, then tags can be found but it seems that the auto-discovery file is not in the repository. We look for .project files in the top level folders in the repository. If those files don't exist in the repo, use the 'configure branches' wizard to select other files to use to auto-discover the tags. I've tried this and it just doesn't show me any branches. Perhaps the problem is that module name is "." and Eclipse can't find any files for authodiscovery. Currently, the repositories view only views modules that are direct children of the repository root and modules defined in the CVSROOT/modules file as projects that can have tags. A workaround is to define the following module in the CVSROOT/modules file myProject . This modules will then appear in the repositories view and can appear under branches. You will need to set the auto-refresh file for the module in order for tags to be discovered. As a workaround for the checkout wizard, on the last page, I can get branches for the root module (.) if I perform a configure branches and versions and select a file explictly. This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet. If you have further information on the current state of the bug, please add it. The information can be, for example, that the problem still occurs, that you still want the feature, that more information is needed, or that the bug is (for whatever reason) no longer relevant.
