I am not sure if this has been logged before but I think it would be very
usefull to be able to have breakpoints in different sets or catagories.  They
could be associated with a launch, or just setup by the user and enabled or
disabled.  

The difficulty I face is that it is tedious to turn on/off breakpoints when
switching between this or that launch which I am debugging and I obviously don't
want all breakpoints enabled because it slows me down.

Has this ever been considered?
