Using first 3.1 integration build I200407271028 with Linux /GTK2

I'm starting eclipse on a brand new workspace and open CVS Repository Exploring
perspective in order to checkout projects from my server.

Of course, I need first to create a new repository location and try to do it
using popup-menu of CVS Repositories view. Unfortunately this popup menu does
not appear and seems to have no way to create this new repository location :(

Hopefully there's a workaround using CVS/Checkout Project form CVS wizard in
File->New->Other... which avoid to set severity to blocker, but as it's not
really easy to find it => set severity to major.

Note that after first repository location was created using this workaround,
popup-menu is now correctly displayed in the view...

Strange, we haven't changed anything in that area in 3.1, is probably a UI problem.
