Just to make sure I'm understanding this properly... The example given, concepts-11.html - line 11, currently reads: <H1 CLASS="Head">Markers</H1> It should read: <H1>Markers</H1> Is that correct? That's my best guess based on comparing it to other pages. Also, you mentioned that the problem areas are obvious when some aids extract these headings, is there an aid I could use to easily view where these poorly nested headings are?
