Now, when there are option in preferences for SSH2 proxy, I can use Eclipse to
work with remote repository. I have also several repositories in local network.
But Eclipse uses SSH2 proxy always, for all repositories. So, to use local
repository, I should clear flag for using proxy in preferences, later return it
back. Would be great to have flag for using proxy for each CVS repository.

No work is planned for this in 3.2 but patches will be accepted

This was fixed in 3.3 by the addition of a non-proxied host list.

Thanks!  I like the new preferences structure to handle this!  (I'm surprised I missed this change in the release notes...)
