This showed up after I upgraded from 3.0 RC1 to 3.0 final.

Ctrl-Shift-S no longer works.  Looking at the menu item, it's never becoming 
enabled.

On further investigation, Save All does enable sometimes but I'm not sure 
exactly how it's triggered.

How did you upgrade? Did you install 3.0 final over 3.0 RC1?

Can you give more details? Steps?
Which editors are open?
Did you install additional plug-ins?
Anything in .log?

Do you work with splitted editor?
Is the file open in severl workbench windows?
