If you open the Java Editor page in high contrast all of the colour options on 
the first page are cut off. This is especially bad as this options need to be 
set in high contrast to see anything as the default colours are unusable.

STEPS
1) Set your machine to High Constrast by selecting Control Panel -> 
Accessibility Options -> Display ->High Contrast
2) Start Eclipse
3) Open Window->Preferences=> Java->Editor
