Description
David J. Orme
Works fine for me in I200406240010. What happens if you press Tab (should give focus to the popup)? I run Linux at home; Win2k at work. The problem occurs only on my Linux box (Linux-GTK) when I'm running locally on the console. I just tried running Eclipse displaying on my Win2k box's X server from my machine at home, and didn't get the problem. Configuration at home is Debian Testing (Sid), the most recent NVidia X server, and KDE 3.2. David, I looked at one of your screenshots and I think you are seeing bug 66815. Your KDE is configured to apply KDE colour settings to GTK+ applications, and it is not showing the current selection if the list does not have focus. This is a usability bug with krdb. The arrow keys are moving the selection (and it is there), you just cannot see it. If you follow the workaround from bug 66815, you will find Eclipse (and most other GTK+ applications) a lot more usable! Hmmm, thanks. I'll try that. |
