I200406240010, GTK+ 2.4.1, KDE 3.2.2, Linux 2.6.6 
 
If the fast view bar is positioned on the bottom, it is possible to drag it to 
a new location.  If the fast view bar is positioned on the left, it does not 
appear possible to drag it to a new location.  On Windows XP, it is.

Note: I believe this problem is specific to GTK+ 2.4.x.

I cannot reproduce this problem on GTK+ 2.2.1, but can on GTK+ 2.4.3.

Actually, this works for Paul (who has a linux box...;-).
