Instead of making ScrollableThumbnail final, and allow other classes to extend 
it. as Randy suggests, put a warning in the javadoc stating that the class 
should not be subclassed will achieve the same goal, but allow for more 
flexibility.

Additionally, we cannot extend Thumbnail support to use our extended ScaledGraphics.

The ScrollableThumbnail/Thumbnail has hard coded the draw2d ScaledGraphics in ThumbnailUpdater.start().

Made ScrollableThumbnail non final. Pushed changes to origin/master. Resolving as fixed in 3.11.0 M2.
