Checking out a project from CVS and giving it a name different from the CVS
module has a bug.

In the CVS Repository view under HEAD, right click on a module and choose Check
Out As...

When the dialog comes up, choose "Checkout as a new project in the workspace"
and enter the Project Name foo. Hit next. The name in the Location field will
not be foo. It will be the same name as the module. Click the "Use default
workspace" toggle off and back on. The name foo will now appear in the Location
field.
