I'm using the M9 build. I have dual monitor setup. My primary monitor is on 
the right hand side, and my secondary monitor is on the left hand side. 
Therefore, all the coordinates on the secondary monitor will be negative.

If I open a java editor on my secondary monitor, press ctrl+o to show the 
method outline popup, the popup appears on the primary monitor, instead of the 
secondary monitor.
