I have three CVS connections, in the CVS repositories view they appear in this order
:extssh:prapicau@dev.eclipse.org:/home/eclipse
:extssh:prapicau@ottcvs1:/home/cvs/corerepo
:pserver:anonymous@dev.eclipse.org:/home/eclipse

whereas they appear in the following in the import wizard
:pserver:anonymous@dev.eclipse.org:/home/eclipse
:extssh:prapicau@dev.eclipse.org:/home/eclipse
:extssh:prapicau@ottcvs1:/home/cvs/corerepo

Due to fact that both Checkout Wizard and Share Project Wizard use the same Page (i.e. RepositorySelectionPage) to display known repositories I'm marking this bug as a duplicate of bug 79445. The patch from bug 79445 is fixing this one as well.
