I've been debugging for a while and adding/removing breakpoints. I'm now in a
situation were I have two breakpoints on the same line and on top of that the
breakpoint(s) are not visible in the editor.

Sorry for all the terrible markup, just wanted to highlight the problems. Also,
when double clicking on the MutableActivityManager breakpoints it opens another
file. Weird.

Were you able to recover - i.e. delete/reset the breakpoints?
