The icons/entries in the Prospective bar can not be rearrange, which is in
contrast to the icons for fast views which can be reaarange top to bottom or
left to right depending on the user's personal usage preferences.

Darn it's been a long day, that should be perspective icons and not prospective.

Also fixed in Luna (4.4.x)
This does still occur in Kepler (4.3.x)
