To reproduce this problem:

1) open CVS Repositories view (connected to a repository with a lot of projects 
and modules)

2) expand 'HEAD', right click a project or module --> "Add to Branch List...", 
and specify a branch.

problem:  notice that 'HEAD' refreshes (i.e. you will see 'pending...' just 
underneath the expanded 'HEAD' node) and you are scrolled back up to the top of 
the view.  As you are just adding something to a branch - not altering the 
contents of 'HEAD' - it seems unnecessary to force the user to wait for a 
refresh and scroll back down to his previous location.  It may also be nice to 
preselect the just-added item in the branch list.

A related enhancement would be to enable the 'Add to Branch List...' option 
when multiple items are selected.
