1. Open a few perspectives.
2. Resize the perspective switcher so there is just enough room to show all
perspectives.
3. Close a perspective and then reopen the same perspective.

You can no longer see the last perpective in the switcher even though there is
enough room to display it.  As soon as you begin to resize the switcher, the
missing perspective is displayed again.

This is fixed in Eclipse Mars.
