STEPS

1) Switch to High Contrast by selecting Window->Control Panl->Accessibility 
Resources
2) Start Eclipse
3) Open the preferences page
4) Select Colors and Fonts
5) Select a diffrent page 
6) new page not displayed.

This appears to be a more generic problem with the preference dialog.  Certain
pages are not displayable on Tods machine.  This may be a matter of screen
resolution and/or dialog resizing.

I havn't looked at this for quite some time... I can't recall.  Everything
worked fine for me.

Patch

The problem was that in case where the shell needed sizing occasionally the
page would never have had its size set. This patch checks for a page of size 0
and sets the size if required.
