We are in the process of updating the accessibility information for 3.1.  Is 
this bug going to be fixed in 3.1?

I couldn't replicate this as far back as 3.02.  Was this fixed somewhere in the 3.0 to 3.02 timeframe?  If so, it should be marked as fixed against whichever release it was fixed in as this bug is on the accessibility list.

This appears to have been fixed (at the lateest) in 3.02.
