using I build 200405190010

I tried to compare a non-shared file in a project (didn't notice the question
mark decoration and was fooled by the caret change decoration) using "Latest
from HEAD" in its context menu. This resulted in every file in the project
being scanned for deltas. I would think that the compare with "Latest from
HEAD" should not be available (should be grayed out) on a non-shared file.

Now using Eclipse M9:

Looks like the option to compare against head is available only for .project
files that aren't shared - other files have this option grayed out. In any
case, it should not be available even for this file.

Works for me in N20071111-0010.
