If a view's toolbar is on the same line as it's status (title) area then it
looks bad because the toolbar is vertically in the middle but the title text
is aligned to the top of the title area. I'll attached a screenshot.

View status (title) alignment problem

Notice how the text C:\Program etc. is pushed up to the top of its box when it
would look better if it were aligned in the center vertically. By the way, this
is fixed by the patch I provided for bug 58150 because I switched to a CLabel
instead of a Label.

Looks like this was fixed some time ago.
