In JFace, when you subclass ApplicationWindow and enable a CoolBar using the new
APIs (addCoolBar, createCoolBarManager) with 2 or more CoolItems
(CoolBarManager.addToolBarManager), it does not layout correctly the client area
when one CoolItem is dragged down.

I will attach a code snippet demonstrating the problem.

This bug was marked as a duplicate of 52362, which was fixed/closed, but the
sample code I attached still does not work in M9.

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet.
